Other: Morton Street between Kirkwood and 6th really needs some increased signage and monitoring for parking and vehicle behavior. Cars are parking in all manner of places, especially along the Smith-Holden building. Delivery trucks will regularly block the entire street, either stopping traffic altogether or forcing cars to find an illegal or unsafe way around. And I see plenty of vehicles going the wrong direction and exiting onto Kirkwood. Please consider some increased monitoring and enforcement in this area, and some clearly marked parking areas, lanes etc.
