Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: 519 s village ct Bloomington Indiana Chickens running around neighborhood at all times. Keeps digging in all our mulch and flower beds destroying them. Pooping all over our porches. Dogs going crazy at all times because they are in our yards. It's out of control and ridiculous at this point. Seems like they are at our houses more than where they live. They are not taking care of, now they are laying eggs on our property. Please do something about this before we the people have to take matters in our own hands!
