Other: There is a big tree that has started falling towards Swain Ave. It is located just north of my property in an old city alleyway. Right now, the tree is held up by two communication lines. I called Duke and they said it was not their lines. I’d hate for it to fall onto someone’s car or worse on Swain Ave.
