City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Can't Fix #193659

Other:

Other: There are two vehicles that have been parked in the McDonalds parking lot for over a month. The blue van is not in a parking spot but in the yellow lines for the edge of the spots and a white cargo van next to it. The white van has no plates and the blue vans plates are from Alabama and expired plates. I have seen the blue van sliding door open for multiple days in a row and now am seeing people just randomly going up to the vehicle. It is attracting homeless people to the area in which the AAA dumpster has had suitcases left in the dumpster area only left for others to retrieve. Not sure if drugs are involved but they are making me nervous to come to work and leave my car out there.

1497 spoke with McD's management and they are aware of the man that occasionally sleeps in the van and he has permission to be there. The other van is parked in their lot, owned by McDonald's, and is used for storage. The complainant was emailed with findings.
