Other: I walk the neighborhood and noticed there is a dead tree about to fall between 616 S. Swain and 604 S. Swain. This is in an area that is now an overgrown city alley. It is already leaning on some power lines and has the potential of taking out those lines, damaging a fence, and/or hitting a pedestrian or car.
