Other: I would like to suggest that 2 speed bumps be installed on S Jackson St between 3rd St and 4th St. Drivers use this route as a shortcut when traveling east-west on W Kirkwood and W 3rd. They avoid the light at Kirkwood and Rogers to save time by driving fast on S Jackson St. The drivers usually speed along S Jackson St, making for a dangerous situation. At least, a study of traffic patterns on S Jackson should be conducted.
