Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: In the alley north of E. University Street between Henderson St and Fess Ave, there is a piece of rebar sticking up an inch or two above the gravel. The top 3-4 inches of the rebar is bent at 90 degrees. It is difficult to notice while walking, but it is the perfect height to catch your foot and create a trip hazard. Please remove this dangerous situation. Thank you for your help!
