Other: The eastbound left turn lane's green arrow is running every cycle, even though there's pretty much never any cars in that lane - it goes to a driveway. This causes westbound traffic on Adams/3rd to wait needlessly for their green signal. I am assuming that this left turn arrow operates from a trigger wire in the pavement.
