set out a dozen or so bags with only 1 and a half stickers. crew took part (three bags) and left the rest. resident says he is leaving it out there until we pick it up. we are not picking it up w/o stickers this time. have done 3 courtesy pick ups. was turned over to HAND 8/17 for no stickers as well. thanks.

Will do DB 01/03/2008 to access the situation. DB and all trash bags have tags. Spoke with tenant to make him aware that each trash bag must have a sticker in order to be picked up by the Sanitation Dept.
