Other: So this truck initially was blocking the walk over on the trail at second and Morton area by Kroger traffic was backed up, but he decided that he put his truck over the crossover anyway then before he pulled away through a cigarette out right in front of me and other people I was able to catch up with him on my bicycle. I hate complaining, but you know we pay these people money to do work for us and they come in to our city and they litter like that. It just doesn’t sit well.
