Other: There is a utility project happening in the Spicewood subdivision. The yard repair after digging up holes is not up to standard. Instead of smoothing the yard out, big clumps of dirt are being left with straw thrown in them. Yards need to be left in the same or better condition than they were before the project began. The dirt should be smooth and tamped down, excavator tracks in the yards need to be repaired. Please make sure the remaining properties are repaired up to standard and left in the same or better condition prior to the project.
