The City received what it is treating as a tort claim notice from Abby Zinman who advised that she represents Ira Zinman in this matter. In that correspondence, she advised that the City is not to communicate directly with her clients concerning these claims and should instead go throuh her. To that extent, please do not send any direct communications to Mr. Ira Zinman. Rather, share them with me and I will communicate them to his attorney. However, that said, this matter is being addressed through the tort claim and that will resolve this ureport.
