Other: The green left turn light coming out of the mall on the street between Fazoli's and BJ Brewhouse onto South College Mall Rd is inoperative. This causes the left turn lane to only get the yellow caution signal for a few seconds before the light goes red ( the main light issred if no one trips the signal to cycle from the straight ahead or right turn lane.) so then the left turners are sitting at the light until the right hand lane trips the (Main) signal to cycle to green.
