Other: No Turn on Red sign facing west on Allen is either so faded or dirty as to be difficult for east-bound drivers to see even in daytime. Have witnessed more illegal right turns there than should be normal and suspect this is because sign is so dark that drivers overlook it. This makes for a hazardous situation that you might want to correct.
