Street Lights:

Other: Street lights are out on E Third St and S Washington St, E Smith Ave and S Washington, and E Second St and S Washington St. Every street lamp on S Washington has been out since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and it creates a very unsafe environment for when I and other residents on or around S Washington walk home.
