Other: Hello! Has Bloomington parks and rec ever looked into building a pump track in one of the parks? Kokomo has one: https://www.cityofkokomo.org/departments/northside_pump_track.php and Indy has one although it's not well advertised and very very small: https://parks.indy.gov/parks/sandorf-park/ I've never been involved in any of the city parks efforts before and have no idea what it takes to build for example the existing two skate parks at cascades and switchyard that cater more to street and vert/bowl skateboarding and other sports. I was very surprised to see that Kokomo has a pump track and we didn't. Thanks for any information you can provide !
No current plans but the possibility is under consideration.
Hello Bloomington Parks and Recreation has explored the possibility of installing a pump track in Bloomington. We will be sure to get touch if a project gets momentum.
