Other: These people are having people over all hours of the night & parking in my yard & the woman's yard on the other side. A Mr.Frosty ice cream truck was parked out there at midnight blocking my driveway. They do not mow their yard or pick up trash. It's bad!
Parking officers will monitor this area during the day enforcement, call the Police if you have problems at night
Sending a Parking Officer to investigate parking in the yard, parking is not working after 9 pm. Forwarding the U report to Hand, for the non parking concerns.
