Other: I feel like my Adopt-a-Stream time and energy for the City is made a mockery when corporations throw cable in the woods. This ticket # goes with the u report I sent today under miscellaneous business xfinity tech throwing wire over the fence when no one was looking. Also a senior with cancer fell on his face a years ago out back here on cable
