Other: During a major storm over the summer, a large trunk of a maple tree growing immediately along 12th Street (city property according to GIS) fell into the road. Duke cleared the tree from the road and reestablished power, but left the waste to sit at the curb. I contacted Duke but they refused to finish cleaning it up. Would appreciate if the city could help with this.
