Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):
Other: The toilet in our half bathroom gurgled, churned, and spewed water for a solid 20 seconds, to where the water came up and out of the toilet and there was a strong smell of sewage. We have had root issues in the past but we saw a turck in the neighborhood and maybe it is a mainline pipe issue? In any case, we'd prefer someone knows that this impacted our house.

Elizabeth, Thank you for your message. We did have a main line issue and sent a high pressure truck to the area. That may have pushed your water back through your system. Please reach out to me next week (812-349-3657) for information about how to file a claim against the City for any damages. I sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused
