Water Utility Problems:

Other: Low water pressure. Over the past year our domestic water pressure has been getting worse and is now perhaps at a 1/4 of what it should be. We have had the line from the meter to the house replaced previously. I expect we have a connection issue to the water main. Please advise.

We have completed the pressure test and confirmed that the customer has very low pressure (18 psi) coming into the home. Maintenance has been scheduled to inspect for a possible service upgrade.

Your water meter's consumption doesn't indicate any signs of a leak at this time. I've scheduled for a serviceperson to come by and inspect the meter and pit. Once completed, I'll share our findings.
