Other: The FBI is advising Americans to avoid sending text messages. A lot of city business is conducted via text. Is the city considering issuing some kind of guidance on this topic? And more broadly, is the city considering any changes to its cell phone policy? As it stands many employees are expected/required to use their personal devices for work, and they are not eligible for a city issued phone and there is no option for a stipend. Thank you.
