closed: Can't Fix #199617

Traffic Signals:

Other: Intersection of Walnut Street Pike and Rhorer. The north bound traffic light (going straight) is not functioning properly in recognizing when there is traffic so never turns green (unless there is a person in the left turn lane). This appears to have been happening at least since yesterday (12/9/24) morning
