Other: My husband does donation pickups as part of his job, today he went to this particular house. He called me after he was back at work quite upset. He told me a woman named Agatha lives here and has a dozen or more cats in individual cages, saying they don't like to come out because they are shy. He also said they did not have litter boxes and the whole house smelled of urine.
