Other: Could you please ask the landlord at 402 E 1st Street to clean up the leaves in their front yard? Twice now, their leaves have blown onto my property at 404 E 1st Street. I had my yard cleaned before Thanksgiving and again today, December 14. As you can see from the photo, my property (on the left) is well-maintained, while 402 (on the right) is not. I would appreciate it if the landlord could take responsibility and maintain the property in a way that reflects good neighborly behavior. FYI: I do not have trees on my front or side yards. Nothing to be cited. The city stopped leaf pickup and there are no codes against letting leaves lie.
I'm not sure we can do anything about leaves in someone's yard.
