Other: This is the 3rd time I am reporting this problem. This light works intermittantly, but mostly off. The light in on the south side of the street in the middle of E Wyndam Crt. in front of the empty lot.

Mr. Levi, Duke Energy's representative confirmed that the light is a City leased light. I have also reported the outage to Duke Energy on your behalf. I will leave this uReport open until I hear from Duke's repair contractor. Christina

Mr. Levi, After looking at the light available on google maps, it appears to be a private light as it's located behind the sidewalk and not in the tree plot which is public-right of way. I will check with Duke Energy and report back on the uReport. Best, Christina
