Other: This car has been parked on N Brook Hollow Ct for over 6 months without being moved. It has sat for so long the tire has gone flat. It has now caused the street to not be plowed appropriately preventing the mail delivery drivers from being able to drive up to mailboxes. This has been reported more than once before the weather turned snowy with no response
