City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #200175

Biking & Walking:

Other: The pedestrian paths leading to the pedestrian tunnel under the 45-46 bypass are icy and hazardous. This is the case both westbound and eastbound. I saw another pedestrian fall on the eastbound approach. I was carrying a heavy load of groceries, and I consider myself lucky that I didn't fall. Bloomington, please do better by us.
