Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: No snow removal has been done on this very trafficked, very crucial public sidewalk all along this block of 3rd St and the next. There is no reasonable alternative to walking on this sidewalk as there is no shoulder on the road and the road is very busy. This sidewalk is needed to access crucial services like groceries and the University. There is a very thick layer of uneven and treacherous ice. This would be even more of a disaster for a disabled person or someone carrying groceries to navigate.

In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
