Other: Regarding uReport #200160 I'm sorry. I reported earlier that we had a recycling cart with a broken wheel after Monday's pickup. There was some miscommunication between my husband and I regarding our damaged recycling bin. I understood him to say that the wheel was broken but in fact, it is the recycling cart that is damaged. I took a picture of the recycling cart this morning. Attached is a picture of the functioning wheel and the broken recycling cart. I apologize for my error in reporting incorrect information.
