Planning staff will investigate and monitor the property for non-permitted business activity. Planning staff have reached out to the property owner to inform them of these complaints. City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) staff investigated the property yesterday and observed a large burn pit with a foul odor, but did not observe clear evidence of poured out oil which may be making its way into the storm water system. If you observe pouring of oil again or have more information regarding illegal discharge/dumping, please reach out to CBU Environmental Staff at 812-339-1444.

Part of the complaint is about a business from his drive-way. I'm also going to email CBU.
