Other: Along southbound The Stands Drive there are at least four (4) street light posts that have the access panel and/or a light lens removed. Approximate locations are as follows: (1) first southbound side light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south E.Rogers Road (access panel is dangling on post and two light lens are missing); (2) light post located on southbound side at The Stands Drive and E.Autumn Drive (access panel is open and loose but still attached to the post); (3) first southbound light post you come to on The Stands Drive just south of E.Autumn Drive (access panel is on the ground at the base of the post; and (4) southbound light post on The Stands Drive at S.Ashwood Drive (access panel to light post is removed and sitting on top of adjacent green utility box). Photos are attached.
