Mr. Pratt, I checked out Duke Energy's Street & Area Light Repair website and it shows them working. However, I have reported the two street lights out again on your behalf. Duke typically takes 3 to 5 business days to dispatch a crew to the site in order to determine the issue. The Department of Public Works typically closes the uReports pertaining to the Duke leased lights as they provide the maintenance services for the City. I will update you're new uReport with the same information. Best, Christina, smithc@bloomington.in.gov
