Other: There's a point on the Jackson Creek trail near Rhorer Rd. where a stupid cable supporting a utility pole is anchored in the middle of the path. It's very hard to see in low light conditions and this poses a risk to pedestrians and cyclists. Normally there's a reflective orange and white barrel by the cable to warn people, but someone has thrown it in the creek.
