Other: Turn signals trigger although there are no cars in the turn lane. We really going on three years? Yep! A new traffic commission you don't say? Same old hacks doing a poor job. Keep telling yourself the intersection is going to be upgraded, but we all know you just suck at your job. Fix the lights!
