According to Duke Energy's records, the two lights on the wooden pole are leased by the City of Bloomington. I have requested Duke Energy remove the flood light as soon as possible to avoid any more glare. In the event that this does not resolve the issue, please contact me directly at 812.349.3589 or smithc@bloomington.in.gov.

Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington's Department of Public Works regarding this light. Based upon your description of the light, I believe you're referring to a flood light which is not a City leased light. However, I will contact Duke Energy to verify. Once I hear back from Duke, I will update the uReport.
