Other: Our tap water is coming out of our sink with considerably less pressure than normal, and is an opaque white color. The water clears up in a few minutes and there is no lasting sediment, but it's happening with cold and hot water which is not normal for our house. We've recently had a snow plow get stuck on the fire hydrant outside of our home - not sure if that would be connected at all to this problem as the hydrant doesn't appear damaged.
