Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: There's a strip of pavement in the right lane of eastbound 3rd Street between approx. Walnut & Lincoln or Washington (can't remember specifically) that's a little rougher than the rest of the pavement. It's been like that forever, no big deal, but it's starting to deteriorate and develop potholes.
