Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris):

Other: Leaves, dirt, and general detritus are blocking the roadside gutters/drainage along the west side of the house. I can’t even find the outlet of the drain pipe I know runs out to that curb. Blockage of that drain pipe has caused flooding in my house in the past. Can you please send someone to clear that gutter?
