Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Pothole at the end of my driveway, as well as others on S. Cedarwood Circle. My address is 3417 S. Cedarwood Circle. The area has been patched several times over the last few years. The hole is about 15" in diameter, and a couple of inches deep.
