Other: #201240 was a report regarding exposed wires around Reserve on third. The apartment has done nothing to address this so far. The 30 day window has passed.

The 30 day window was from the inspection date not the date the complaint was submitted. I have revisited the site and spoke with maintenance. They put the projects out for bids and are now waiting on the corporate office to allocate the funds. This problem is not a immediate life safety issue and I have given them another 30 days to correct the problem or show significant progress.
