Other: The drainage ditch behind our property and to the east was never properly engineered to handle all the water from rains and multiple neighborhoods.It overflows and leaves properties too wet to mow for weeks as well as the trees standing in the water are dying and falling which is a dangerous situation for the neighborhood. This standing water is a health and safety hazard as a breeding ground for mosquitoes.And it can not be mowed properly .The neighborhood applied for a grant last year but it was denied.It has been dug out a few years ago by the city but without proper method used to apply rock to maintain the ditch open the problem just re occurs with it growing over and does not stay open to handle the water and it floods again .
