Other: Complainant has visible black mold on flooring under the sink. Reported the issue over a week ago to Property Mgmnt. Maintenance said they would not replace because it is a newer board. The adjacent board had a hole in it from a water leak and was replaced. Also has concern about bathroom sink repair.
