Other: I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report this, but a semi truck has been parking in this residential cul de sac on and off for the past year or two. The attached pic shows it without a trailer but it comes and parks for a day or two with a full sized trailer that he brings in and out of the neighborhood. He has yelled at my friend before to move her car out of the way before so he could bring the full sized trailer in. I'm not sure if this is against the rules or not but I figured I would report it and it is starting to become a disturbance

He can park the tractor there but if he parks with a trailer attached, please call parking services at 812-349-3136 and we will come and ticket the truck and trailer.
