Other: there is a sidewalk that runs from the park to South wexley road. there are actually two sidewalks and the one I'm talking about is 100 yards south of the intersection of East Rock Creek drive and South wexley road. this sidewalk runs from South wexley road to the park and softball fields that are south of the South side YMCA. this sidewalk has four spots where the concrete sections have subsided creating a two to three inch trip hazard. there are four places in the sidewalk where this happens. two of them are marked with faded red paint but the two other ones aren't marked at all. a person walking or jogging can easily not spot them. I myself have tripped twice once I stubbed the heck out of my toe. I've seen similar situations where the protruding concrete section has been ground down to eliminate the two to three inches that are sticking up. I wanted to report it because I think it's a pretty unsafe situation because you do see joggers including some old people using it and it could easily trip them they could break a hip or something if you need more information my number is 812-391-0134
