Other: The light at Rockport and Tapp is severely mis-timed. The issue seems to be recent. It is green far too long for the Rockport travelers and red far too long for the Tapp travelers. This is causing un-necessary backups on Tapp Rd. In the middle of the day, with very little traffic, cars still aren't all making it thru the light. During busier times, its backing up even longer, and for no logical reason, as the traffic on Rockport is very light I
