Other: haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months. Thank you for checking on the dog and property.
Drove by the property last Thursday and the lawn had been mowed.
Animal Control will investigate the issue with the dog, but wanted to make sure you had this information as well.
