Other: Hello, I do not live in the town of Bloomington Indiana but I have become aware of a man who I think lives in this town named William j. clark now I will not get into specifics because it is absolutely discusting but he has become an infamous "Furry content creator" on the internet for many reasons but one of the reasons that is distressing is that he is raping his animals I'm sure you guys know about this but I am just very concerned with the state of his animals.
