After visiting the property and looking at historic aerial imagery, the property at 2411 N Dunn St does not appear to have expanded the driveway. While larger than would be allowed today, the driveway has been that size since before the standards were put in place in City code and is considered lawful, non-conforming. Property owners are allowed to maintain their driveways. However, the property to the north at 2421 N Dunn St appears to have expanded the driveway in a non-compliant manner. Planning staff will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property owners containing the City's driveway standards. We will continue enforcement until the violation has been resolved.
