Other: all of building c hasnt had hot water in a week and a half. i have children, we cant clean,cook or anything. they have NO real.answers about when it will be fixed. they said bottom of hot water heater rusted out from leaking water, buy a new one sooner than a week and a half now. legally this is child neglect. i cannot care for my one and 3 year old. cause of no proper water. this building is legally not livable. they should have put us in another unit or a hotel. til this resolved, my neighbor had a newborn and cant bring her home without a proper enviroment aka no water.
